sourdough waffle mix - just add
 
Stir into mixture until well combined:
1/2 cup rice bran oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons salt
 
then fold into mixture with rubber spatula:
1 tablespoon of water mixed with 1 teaspoon baking soda
 
preheat waffle iron, coat with butter if desired. Pour mixture into waffle iron and bake until crisp and golden.
